USD · US dollar

Bank chosen from the list, ABA routing number, account number and type (checking or savings).

AED · UAE dirham

Bank chosen from the list and the account’s IBAN.

AUD · Australian dollar

Bank chosen from the list, BSB and account number.

CAD · Canadian dollar

Bank chosen from the list, institution and transit numbers, account number.

EUR · Euro (SEPA)

IBAN from a SEPA country (no bank list).

GBP · British pound

Bank chosen from the list, sort code and account number.

HKD · Hong Kong dollar

Bank chosen from the list (with its three-digit bank code) and account number.

SGD · Singapore dollar

Bank chosen from the list and account number.

Every account also needs the holder’s first and last name (as the bank knows them), nationality and date of birth. Details are encrypted as soon as you save them, and only masked values are shown afterwards. See USD funding and your bank’s currency for how non-USD payouts are converted.

Personal bank accounts only. Business bank accounts are not supported.

When you save bank details you confirm, with your passkey, that the account is a personal account in your own name. This is your own statement: Relay checks the details for typing mistakes but does not verify the account type. Bank details saved before this confirmation existed must be confirmed once in Bank account settings before the next bank withdrawal; withdrawals to a crypto wallet are not affected.

If our payout partner reports that an account is not a personal account in the holder’s name, the withdrawal is held or returned and the amount is restored to your balance once the return is confirmed. Add a personal account, or withdraw to a crypto wallet instead.

This is the same list you choose from when you add your bank account. Search by name or, for Hong Kong, by bank code.

For EUR there is no bank list: add the account holder’s name and the account’s IBAN. The IBAN is checked for its format and checksum before it is saved. Any euro account in a SEPA country that can receive transfers to its IBAN can be used.

Only banks in the list can be chosen, because the payout must name the exact bank. If yours is missing, withdraw to a crypto wallet instead, or contact support.
