Support and troubleshooting
Most problems have a quick answer below. If not, contact Relay on X.

Message @RelayFees on X. Include the withdrawal reference (it starts with RL-) or the token address, never your passkey, seed phrase, full bank details or a screenshot showing them. Relay will never ask for your passkey or private keys.
Troubleshooting
- My launch says it would fail if sent
- Relay checks every launch before your wallet sees it. Read the reason shown, adjust the details if needed, and choose Prepare again. Nothing was sent.
- My wallet did not open
- For pump.fun use a Solana wallet that supports transaction signing (such as Phantom). For Pons, add Robinhood Chain to your EVM wallet first.
- I sent a launch and it is still pending
- Keep the status page open: Relay checks the chain before allowing another attempt, so the token is never launched twice.
- I don’t see my fees
- Fees appear after they are collected from the launchpad and are final on chain. Fees still in the launchpad show as awaiting collection on the token page.
- I can’t add bank details
- You need a passkey and a recent X sign-in. Add a passkey in Security, then sign in with X again if asked.
- My bank is not in the list
- Only listed banks can be used (EUR uses an IBAN). Search the full list in Currencies and banks, or withdraw to a crypto wallet instead.
- Withdraw is unavailable
- The withdraw page says why: below the minimum, a security hold on new details, a method not open for that balance, or a withdrawal already in progress.
- My bank transfer was sent but has not arrived
- Arrival depends on your bank; some take one or more business days. If it has not arrived after a few business days, contact us with the RL- reference.
- My withdrawal says Returning to your balance
- The bank payout could not be sent. The funds are being returned and will appear in your available balance; you can then withdraw to a wallet or try your bank again.
- I lost my passkey
- If you have another passkey, use it. Otherwise see account recovery.
